Cyberpunk 2077 $34.86, must live in or use a VPN from Mexico or the DR PC only

GOG is selling Cyberpunk for $34.86 if you live in Mexico or the DR, but if you use a VPN to reflect one of those locations, it will work, I did not buy the game, but I clearly saw the different price: US price is $59.99 Mexico/DR price is $34.86, and it is USD, not pesos, I checked that as well.
