The strong Stratabond neck and robust Richlite fingerboard combine to provide you with a fast, even playability all across the neck. Martin equipped the Special X1-DE dreadnought with reliable Fishman electronics. This discrete soundhole-mounted preamp lets conveniently plug into any amp or mixing board without extra holes on the guitar to take away from it’s excellent sound. This custom X1-DE has the sound and feel of a highly collectible Martin, but at a price that anyone can afford.
