Lowest price since 2017 on a quality, old school carbon steel knife. This would be great for slicing roasts.
Do note that since it’s carbon steel, you will need to care for it. Don’t let it sit in water or go in the dishwasher or it will rust. You will need to hone and sharpen it regularly to get and keep a wicked sharp edge. You may need to give it a little oil coating now and then. It will develop a blueish patina over time.
