The next step up in watch is the GTR 2 at $159. That model does add 3gb internal storage, and bluetooth calling. For that it cuts battery life in half and the higher price.
Next step down is the GTS 2 Mini at $99. This is a square style bezel vs the classic round design. Nearly all the same specs, battery drops to 14 days, but has full Alexa ability.
