From Germany I ordered a model of Moncler glasses from Stepani Style that was no longer available in Germany and/or Europe. Positive experiences abound: low price, good customer support (e.g. quick answers to specific questions), fast and uncomplicated shipping with transparent costs (e.g. customs duties). Hence the 5-star rating.

I spent hours searching the web looking for the best place to buy my frames. I did not realize it was possible to buy high-end designer frames for the price you would pay for entry level Walmart frames. The only problem I had was trying to decide which frames to get it was like I was a kid in a candy store. I am currently looking at two other frames that I hoping to buy by the end of the year with my other insurance policy for optical.

I ordered the frames on a Monday night, they arrived the next Thursday. I wanted to love them, but they just didn't work for me. I requested a return authorization and received one within minutes. They issued credit promptly.

I found a pair of eyeglasses at a fraction of the retail sale price as well as 60% cheaper than the same pair (different color) at my local Costco and Costco is known for pretty reasonable pricing. So you understand how good this buy was.
Shipping was fast and so therefore my experience with this purchase was excellent!

It was perfect. Ordered 3 Eyeglasses and they arrived very quickly, they were delivered in Miami 2 days after the order. The frames came in perfect conditions, one of them needs alignment, but I consider it as normal as I allways ask my optician to adjust/align them. They came well packed, preventing any damage on transportation. I will buy again and recommend to friends. They are fully authentic.

What an amazing deal!! I purchased a pair of designer sunglasses at a cost savings of over $400. Glasses arrived in less than 5 days . Package was bubble wrapped inside a cardboard box with original case and original box. Great communication and I will be co.ing back for more.

Update: I originally gave 1 star and the company contacted me and answered to my previous complaint written below.
They suggested me full refund but I had already decided to give the glasses to my partner so I declined the offer.
My partner seems to like the glasses so I changed the rate from 1 to 4.
