Found a by violian pointing to another reputable eBay seller w/ the same item for slightly higher (~$38) but a 10% off coupon (PICKCR10) lowered the price to just below the OP deal.

The alternate seller, tools-plus-outlet, lowered their price this morning to $34.99, so with the 10% off one-time use coupon, it came to $31.49+tax+free shipping which is an even better price if you are okay with a refurb, including 2yr eBay-supplied warranty via Allstate. I previously purchased a refurb Dremel Saw-Max and looked new and seems to work fine.
I put YMMV in the title since unsure if all eBay accounts are eligible for the extra 10% off Certified Refurbished coupon or if it expires 5/31. Viewing the item listing, it showed a note about "Take an extra 10% off" that instructed to use coupon code PICKCR10 on checkout to apply the discount. I later noticed after purchasing once, it no longer shows that note and says I’ve already applied the coupon, so must be single use somehow, but also prevents me from verifying this deal still exists, hence YMMV.
