CPO outlets has Skilsaws worm drive 12" sliding miter saw on clearance for around $400 retail is $650-$700 depending on where you look. Fairly limited reviews available since this saw just came out last year, but are generally pretty positive. The specs are fairly impressive as well. Had been looking at a DeWalt DWS779, but picked this up instead.
