+ really like cast aluminum roasters…. they retain heat nicely, browns nicely, and much lighter weight wise than cast iron or ss. I own 2 of the similar ones with glass lid but no handle and i’d really want the handle if I had the choice.
I have done stuffed cabbage in these types of roasters, probably 5 different stews, slow braised chicken thighs, etc…
