Ridgid 18v Band Saw $45.03 in store at Home Depot YMMV

Looking through the tool isle I found the Ridgid 18v R8604B band saw marked down to $45.03.
I also picked up the R8606B Octane 1/4 sheet sander for $23.03.
I believe this is the final markdown price on both these.
