The 2023 Mobil 1™ Rebate Program ("Offer") is limited to purchases made at Participating Retailers listed below and excludes online purchases at Amazon.com. Purchase any Eligible Product (as defined below) from a Participating Retailer listed below ("Participating Retailer") between June 1, 2023 and August 31, 2023 (the "Promotion Period"). Register online or mail original register receipt(s) from a Participating Retailer to receive a Mobil 1™ Visa® Prepaid Card. To receive an approval on your rebate claim, you must upload the final delivered or pick-up receipt for your qualifying purchase, provided by the Participating Retailer.

To receive your rebate(s):
Purchase Eligible Products from a Participating Retailer during the Promotion Period; and
Take a photo of your sales receipt and complete the online offer form at mobilpromotions.us/rebate. Upload an image of your cash register receipt(s) dated during the Promotion Period from a Participating Retailer with Eligible Product(s) circled. All online submissions must be completed by 11:59:59 p.m. CST, September 7, 2023. You must complete a separate claim form for each receipt with Eligible Products.
OR, visit mobilpromotions.us/rebate and print the mail-in offer form. Complete your name, address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, zip code, daytime phone number (area code included), and valid email address on the mail-in offer form; and
Mail the original receipt(s) dated during the Promotion Period from a Participating Retailer with Eligible Product(s) circled along with completed form to:

Receiving your Visa Prepaid Card
If you submit an online claim, you will be able to select either a virtual or physical Visa Prepaid Card during the submission process. If you choose a virtual card, it will be sent to the email address on file. If you choose a physical card, you will receive a physical Visa Prepaid Card mailed to the address on file.
If you submit a mail-in claim that is approved, you will receive a physical Visa Prepaid Card mailed to the address on the mail-in offer form.
Rebate conditions: Rebate is valid in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and where prohibited, restricted, or taxed. Eligible products can be purchased together on one (1) receipt or purchased separately and combined in one (1) envelope. Rebate limits for each eligible product and product size are defined above. Each rebate request must contain original mail-in offer form and original receipt(s) dated during the Promotion Period. Rebate eligible for in-stock items only. Limited to purchases made at Participating Retailers. Not valid on purchases made at non-participating retailers. Excludes online purchases made at Amazon.com. Rebate not valid on oil change services. All online submissions must be completed by 11:59:59 CST, September 7, 2023. All mail-in requests must be received by September 14, 2023.
Please allow approximately six (6) to eight (8) weeks for the delivery of the Visa Prepaid Card. Pay close attention to the expiration date of the card. Please see the Cardholder Agreement for additional terms and conditions. Valid only for individual consumers ("Participants"); requests from businesses, groups, clubs, or organizations will not be honored. Cannot be combined with any offer, coupon, or discount card. No requests for exchanges or cash equivalent for the Visa Prepaid Card will be considered, and no substitutions will be made. Incomplete, mechanically reproduced, altered, and/or forged receipts or Offer forms of any kind, or receipts or Offer forms not obtained through authorized channels, will not be accepted. Invalid or duplicate requests above the stated limit will not be honored or returned. The return of any Visa Prepaid Cards as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of the Offer. By participating, Participants agree to be bound by these terms and the decisions of ExxonMobil ("Sponsor"), which are final and binding. Sponsor and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, and vendors (collectively, "Released Parties") are not responsible for any late or non‐delivered e‐mails, postage, or other computer‐ or communications‐related failures, caused by events beyond the reasonable control of the Released Parties. All requests become the property of Sponsor and are nonreturnable. Sponsor has no obligation to acknowledge, redeem, or return requests not in compliance with these terms. This Offer may not be published in any magazine or elsewhere without Sponsor's written permission. Trading, buying, selling, or manufacturing of receipts, Offer forms, cards, or e‐prepaid cards is considered to be in violation of the terms of this Offer. Participant shall indemnify, defend, and hold Sponsor and the Released Parties harmless against any and all losses, damages, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees), or any other liability, which any of them may incur or for which any of them may become liable, arising out of the wrongful or negligent acts or omissions of or alleged violations of law by Participant in connection with the Offer, including claims arising from or related to actual or alleged infringement or misappropriation of any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or any actual or alleged violation of any other intellectual property or proprietary rights arising from or in connection with the Participant's participation in the Offer.

Please see the full Privacy Policy for details. Participant's personally identifiable information is not shared with third parties unless we give prior notice and choice. We do not rent, disclose, or share personal information or aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers. Though we may use an intermediary to conduct promotions, they may not use Participant's personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes. By participating in the Offer, you hereby agree to Sponsor's collection and usage of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted Sponsor's privacy policy. Participant's information will be used for purposed of direct marketing, research, and monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of Sponsor's products.
