YMMV In-Store: TiVo Stream 4K Android TV Streaming Media Player $20 at Walmart

Found in Westminster, CO, 80031.
Noticed the packaging is different than what I’ve seen before. See pic. Maybe that’s why this is the only Walmart in my area that has it for $20?
