OnePlus 8 (T-mobile version) is again available at OnePlus website for $249 ($299 – $50 (NovoP8 code at checkout). I just placed an order with this code; hope works for others as well.
I also traded in an iPhone SE for $220, which takes the price down to ~$50 (including tax).
