Lowe ‘s has the 30-Piece Set 12-point Standard (SAE) and Metric Combination Standard Combination Wrench Set for $19.98. I picked these up for my dad when it was $25 during the Christmas sales and thought that was already a pretty good deal.
$20 for 30 wrenches with lifetime warranty seems pretty good to me.
This went down to $12.49 in February 2021, so it is possible these will continue to fall. However, that price was YMMV, whereas this seems widely available.
