Lowe’s has Werner WU2210 10′ universal fit wood attic ladder on clearance for $32.19. Claims to fit all ceiling heights from 8′ to 10′, with a 250lb rating. Looks like it goes for $200+ elsewhere, so it is a very good price. Not many reviews on Lowe’s but there are a lot of reviews on Home Depot for the same model, with 4/5 stars.
It is IN STORE ONLY and prices may vary. Several stores near me have it for $32.19. Should be located with the other ladders near lumber.
