I bought this for $199 in January. now it is $14 off.
paired with an Alexa outlet that I got for $5 I can get almost instant hot water when I tell Alexa a few minutes beforehand. I have a routine that turns on the pump for 45 min and then turns it off. It comes with a thermostat sensor valve that you put under a sink to use the cold water lines to recirculate the hot water.
NOTE: it doesn’t make hot water, it is used with existing hot water heater to circulate the hot water from the hot pipe and back to the water heater through the cold pipe.
