Funds are available on first-come, first-serve. Notes: Rebate is one-time per address per category; Valid for customers that have not previously received a toilet rebate AND service address has not been rebated for a toilet upgrade.

- You have 90 days from the date of purchase to apply and be considered for a rebate – per LADWP
- Apply for the Rebate – scroll to bottom of OP for links for instructional videos. Within 60 days of submission, upload copies of the following to finish the rebate in order for funds to be issued:
- Online application confirmation page
- Recent water bill
- Receipt showing the product was paid for in full. It must also include brand, model, and individual price
