Play Asia has a sale for Fire Emblem Engage pre orders for only 44.09. This is for the Japanese version but it includes the English version on the cartridge. Box art will be in Japanese but considering Nintendo games usually take a long time to go on discount I think the trade off is not bad here.
Any potential future DLC should not be region locked but it’s not guaranteed.
