Each dumbbell is expandable to 70 and 90 lbs if you purchase the Stage 2 and Stage 3 kits, respectively, but make sure you buy the correct expansions for the ELITE EXP dumbbells since some people may not be aware of the different dumbbell types that Powerblock offers.
