I know Metro by Tmobile have same phone for $149 but that require 6 months to unlock . This is for someone who do not want to wait for that much time.
ATT new line is cheaper if you can hack the unlock by:
1. Activating the device on ATT as its paid off
2. Then put the sim card in another phone , wait for that new device to show up on account.
3. Unlock the S21 FE by clicking , not an att customer on att website and put the IMEI.
