FWIW, Secondipity sells both retail returns and manufacturer refurbs. TV’s can be hit or miss, but XM4′s and XM5′s I purchased from them were Sony refurbs and indistinguishable from brand new other than the fact that they arrived in brown boxes rather than standard packaging.
