I’ve had one of these since the last deal and I’m very impressed! It’s hard to compare "firmness" to a regular spring mattress because it’s a very different material, but I find this quite supportive and comfortable. If you just put one hand or knee into it, it feels too soft and sinks quite a ways. But if you lay down on it, your weight is distributed evenly and it feels fairly firm.
FYI: when first opened from the shrink wrap, it feels way too soft and there’s a bit of a chemical smell. Leave it out for a few days and both issues are gone. HTH
