Just came back from a local (Missouri) Costco.
They’re selling an s9 for $670 outright (plus tax) with the possibility of getting it much lower.
Here are the details

This deal is only available for pre-orders.
- Buy the s9 outright for 670 + 53.60 (8% tax) = 723.60
- New or existing line
- No sim or activation charge
- Then trade in an s7 (gets the highest pre paid master card I believe)
- s7 gets 308 as a pre-paid master card + $50 bill credit
- wait 4 months for the Prepaid master card to come in the mail
- enjoy your new s9 for around 365 (depending on tax)
Total 723.60 – 308 – 50 = 365.60
