this is the price low end 16GB DDR4 DIMMs usually sell for. RAM this fast typically commands a $220+ price. if you need high speed RAM, this is a really good deal.
like other high speed RAM, this uses samsung b-die ICs and it is dual ranked, so it will be very fast and can tighten the timing by slightly bumping the voltage if you so choose. (FYI: dual rank dimms are faster than single rank)
