I was at GameStop today and learned a $15 Power Up membership now comes with a monthly 5 dollar cert that works on anything in the store starting in January and I got a 5 dollar cert for signing up immediately or renewing. It’s $15 for digital Game Informer and $20 for physical.
The guy told me you still get 10% for trade ins, but not 10% off used games because they are lowering the price of used games by 10%.
