So I was ready to upgrade our phones since our payments were just completed. Logged onto Verizon wireless on the web and was greeted with a message "Chat now for exclusive web only deals!"
I figured it would be the usual $440 trade in value with upgrade to unlimited. I was shocked that I was offered $579.99 for each of my iPhone X’s.
