Might be unlocked since when you buy you don’t have to link it to an account unlike the other iPhone se deal Walmart has which you had to link to a Verizon account. If not you can use it on Verizon most likely. Also buy online because if you buy in store the troc guy will most likely make you get a plan and activate it. You can still do curbside I believe though.
