Similar deal as the HD deal last night. I was able to pick this up this morning, there were several in stock. Brickseek showed zero in stock so definitely YMMV.
What I did to check inventory – my local store shows the price at $429 and is available to purchase online. However, below add to cart showed a nearby store had three in stock. By clicking the store I was able to search that store and other zip codes. When setting "my store" to the store that shows it in stock, the price will show $224 but unavailable for purchase online. I called the store to verify it was in stock and purchased one this morning.
