This might be a price mistake, but Instacart is offering $40 off each Xbox Wireless Controller, Carbon Black, at Costco (up to 3 per order). I just received delivery of 2 controllers and an Xbox Series S (which is also $40 off), so it worked for me. Yes, there are additional fees from Instacart, but it still seems to be a solid deal.
