Just received mine from the last time it was listed at this price. Took two weeks to arrive, $13.99 shipping. Some people were hesitant because it was unclear if "Complete" included all the accessories. I can happily say mine came with all the accessories included (bag, large brush, small brush, metal brush, grout brush, scraper, squeegee, concentrator nozzle, detail nozzle, upholstery cloth, two types of microfiber pads, carpet glider, and hose). Factory blemished, but from mine I couldn’t tell you where… seemed brand new.
