Home Depot B&M *YMMV* Masterbuilt Gravity Series 1050 Digital Charcoal Grill and Smoker Combo in Black $400

First post, so please go easy on me.lol
Walked into my local Home Depot this morning and they had the Masterbuilt Gravity Series 1050 on clearance for $400 (normally $799 in-store, $897 online).
I originally jumped on the Costco deal last week for the Series 800 for $399 but decided to return it after seeing this deal, since Costco did not include the griddle. For the same price I got the 1050 AND it was already built for me.
They did have one more available outside the store (see pictures attached).
I purchased at the South Brunswick, NJ location. Brickseek is still showing 2 on hand and "clearance" but all other area locations sold out.
