Been watching this freezer for a few weeks. Additional $100 price drop just now. Delivery only is $99, but for some reason choosing delivery+install is $24.99. a reply in the q&a section of the product description states that the unit is garage ready. Total before tax (including delivery and install) came out to $318.26 for me
