Rachio 16 station
We moved to a new house and one of the first things I did was swap out the old rainbird controller with the Rachio. Had Rachio at our old house and loved the features and was good at saving water knowing what the weather was doing and going to do. Installed the Rachio at the new house. Schedule was set and the first scheduled day was canceled because Rachio knew we were going to get some good rain. Love this controller.

It's working fine.
The controller and app worked great. Distance to router was almost 100 feet through a bunch of walls so had to install a WiFi extender to get a solid signal for it to connect. App seems straightforward enough, no problems so far.

Excellent purchase
After my best friend recommended Rachio, I was hesitant to put in my new house. However, my father needed to replace his controller, so I recommended Rachio and helped him install it. After hearing his additional positive feedback for o0 days, I decided to purchase one. I had my 14 year old son help install it to learn some basic electronic skills. Total install time was about 45 minutes for 18 zones. Experience thus far has been 100% positive. Highly recommend.

Very satisfied so far
My old controller was 25 years old and could only be programmed on site. The Rachio lets me control from anywhere and even monitors the weather to cancel the run when not required.

Seamless migration from Rachio 1
Followed the instructions to replace my Rachio 1 with this Rachio 3 without a problem. Wiring for the rain sensor is a bit different, but that is well explained. Kept all the old schedules with one click. It's working as expected. Hoping the new one is a bit smarter about monthly schedule changes where I live in California.

Nice upgrade from Gen 1
Easy to install. Works perfectly and I got a rebate from my municipality for the upgrade. HomeKit is no longer officially supported which I would have liked but not a deal breaker. The code for HomeKit is still in the app so it may work. That said- the Rachio app is so well done that I likely would use it anyway. I will likely add a Tempest to real dial in the water savings.

Replaced Old Rachio with New Controller
Seems fine so far. Pretty easy to install, and would have been even simpler if the existing wiring had a bit more slack. Replacing the old Rachio was simple in that all the settings for the zones came across automatically. Advice to take pictures of existing wiring before I disconnected was crucial.

Great product
I recently moved to a new home that had another brand of wifi sprinkler controller. My previous home had a Rachio. After a month using the other brand, I replaced it with a Rachio 3. The other controller could not match the Rachio for ease of use and overall control of my sprinkler system. The Rachio is clearly the better option.

Controller Works Great
I had a Gen 1 controller. Rachio notified me that they would no longer be updating Gen 1 devices and offered me a good price for a Rachio 3. I took them up on the offer. Installation was a breeze and all my settings were copied over.

Rachio’s Reliability and Convenience Transforms Lawn Care
Rachio sprinkler controllers are among the most useful, reliable technology products I have ever encountered. Transitioning from the prior controller took maybe five minutes, and then the Rachio keeps going and going for years. Weather monitoring prevents the need for rain sensors, and seasonal shifts help manage needs. The app is easy-to-use, and there are no monthly fees. My yard is much better cared for with Rachio!
