This is the "echo" product I have purchased.
All have been installed in the kitchen and moved out for the next generation Amazon device.
This one is a keeper. Sound quality is really good. Works very well with my Alexa app on smartphone, especially the tone controls.

Area for improvement would be to have more capability on the tone controls. Sometimes classical music sounds muddled, too much bass or conversely, the mid range and treble controls cannot boost quite enough.
Overall as mentioned before, this is a keeper.

We have had our echo show for over a year now and it turns out, we use it every day! It sits on my desk and gives me updates on weather, news and meal suggestions all day long! I can listen to my audio books on it, or watch music videos (or movies) and still do my bill paying and other necessities without having to even get up! I love this thing so much, I even gave them to my kids for Christmas. Now we can video chat anytime I want, whether they like it or not! lol

The sound quality was a bit disappointing but didn’t surprise me with smaller speakers than the show eight they don’t have a chance of reducing the frequency range of the eight so I moved them into the bedroom as alarm clocks and they’re super in that role!!! The clock fills the face as an alarm and has the ability to get really loud which I desperately need. I can also wake to music if desired. Alarms are set and cancelled with a verbal request of Alexa. I’d highly recommend it for that function; set up is a breeze using the Alexa app FYI as well. As for the Wyze camera It delivers fast clear live stream footage directly to your smart phone via the Wyze app.

This is my first echo show and I honestly just impulse purchased it due to the Wyze cam bundle for Cyber Monday. It's really nifty and perfect for a desk or kitchen where you're close up to it's tiny screen/speaker, but way too small for something that would sit multiple feet away from you across the living room or bedroom. If you have the space/money for it I bet the 10 inch would be way better for viewing media or filling a room with music. Highly recommend, just get the right size for your needs.
