I noticed this was an SD a while back as an S&S
now it’s near a historic low price as a regular buy,
prime can order alone, no need to s&s or add-on
a previous SD thread;
I use flaxseed meal as a healthy easy to dispense way
to add fiber and healthy oils without any net carbs,
"golden" type is considered the best quality of seed.
I can get the brown flaxseed meal at trader joe’s for $3/lb
so this is a ‘golden’ deal for fellow prime members.
occasionally the 2lb 4pack gets this cheap per pound, but
I like the 1lb bags as contents fit perfectly in a 1qt ball jar,
which I keep in the fridge door for easy dispensing.
