Newegg Open Box CyberpowerPC Desktop with i5-6402P GTX1060 6GB desktop – $573.99 + $8 shipping + tax (YMMV)

First post here, and didn’t see anything similar, so here goes:
Open box item (stock may be limited), this is for a CyberpowerPC Desktop PC GXS111, it has intel 6th gen i5 with GTX 1060 6GB, 8GB ram, 1TB HD for $574 + $8 shipping + tax (at least in CA). I don’t think a similar desktop has come close to this price, although this is for Open box and not new.
