I just noticed that their disclaimer states "offer not valid online", but like um, that’s the way you sign-up for this offer. Anyways, I completed offer and received notification at sign-up that $25 gift card "will be emailed to you shortly".
Update: received email with $25 gift card info about 15 minutes after sign-up.
