3. Please save a screenshot of your Amazon confirmation page. This will help ensure that your $15 Amazon.com Gift Card is approved should you not receive it after two weeks.
Expect your $15 Amazon.com Gift Card to arrive 1 to 2 weeks after your Prime subscription purchase. The Amazon.com Gift Card will be delivered to the email address that is associated with your Slickdeals account. If the above steps are not followed exactly, we will be unable to process and fulfill the $15 Amazon.com Gift Card.
