babycubby.com has 2017 Uppababy Cruz on sale for as low as $299.99 (Dennison (Bordeaux/Silver) color), the lowest price I have ever seen for a new 2017 model. The next cheapest is in green color. This sale is not advertised on their website, so you have to call (888-677-5583) and place the order over the phone. It seems they only have a handful left at this price, so act quickly if you are looking for one (I ordered a Dennison color and asked about their inventory).
I have been looking for a Uppababy stroller for a while, and this is an unbelievable price, for a new latest model. They may also have Vista on sale, you can ask too. I am only interested in Cruz. Shipping is free. The website/company seems to be legit after a quick google search.
