Was just at my local Wally World and they had a big stand near the pharmacy section with various lip balms on clearance, with the biggest savings being on the Burt’s Bees Beeswax Lip Balm for 50 cents. This is usually at least around $3 per stick. Came home and looked online and it says $2.97, and all the stores around me according to Brickseek show $2.68, so this is likely only a B&M and YMMV deal.
