I placed my order and received the code in about 2 minutes in a separate email from the purchase confirmation. The code worked without issue. Also, the site takes paypal so you have some extra security if anything goes wrong.
I know nothing about their customer service or how they will react to a previously used code etc. I just know this was the cheapest I had seen and it worked just fine for me.
