Macrium is the best (Win XP / Vista / 7 / 8 / 10) backup software I’ve used (acronis, Norton, etc are not even contenders compared to Macrium). Saved my bacon many, many times. You can do full or incremental backups and choose to restore the whole thing or just specific files. It also works pretty fast with external USB drives.
