IMPORTANT: This does not include a charger, so it is not really a slick deal if you do not already own compatible Bosch 12V tools and chargers. If you do, and maybe like me took advantage of the recent Bosch drill or driver deal, then it appears to be about as good as it gets.
Seems to be an average price for the tool, but the battery runs $35-40, and the battery deal is exclusive to Amazon. Conservatively a $30 savings even for those charged sales tax.
