For existing users:
- Click edit, scroll down to CDP and enter the code 1795034 (access by logging into your account, then Profile summary > Personal details >
- Send an email to hertzstatusmatch@hertz.com with your account upgrade request, include CPC 1795034 AND you current have a Mastercard World Elite credit card
- You will receive an email response. Reply to the email’s instructions (You will need to attach a screenshot or pdf of your most recent credit card statement OR a picture of your credit card. black out or tape over the card number)
