refurb HP P221 21.5″ 1080p LCD monitor $44 at Tanga

Tanga.com has the refurbished HP ProDisplay P221 LCD monitor , Grade A or B (not sure which one), for $43.99 with free shipping.
Specs:
- 21.5", 1920×1080 resolution, TN LCD panel, LED-backlit
- ports: analog VGA and DVI with HDCP support (use a cheap DVI to HDMI adapter or cable)
- no built-in speakers
- tilt stand, VESA 100x100cm mount
- 28W max, 22W typical
- 2014 year model, so not "too old" and with good efficiency (I own a 2011 LED-backlit LCD monitor that consumes ~35W, and an older CCFL-lit one that burn even more).
- 30 or 60 day warranty (product page is ambiguous)
Good as a cheap second or spare monitor, always-on monitor (for security, etc), or even a main display. Nothing fancy. Note: these are most likely off-lease business models so backlight may have diminished brightness and other wear (not sure if burn-in is possible with recent LCD panels).
