I was so close to pulling the trigger on the recent $179 HiFiMan HE400i deal from BuyDig. But, I could not get over the cheap construction. These MassDrop HE4XX headphones are reportedly the 400i model that MassDrop has modified (produced) with a different headband and different ear pads, plus a cool midnight blue matte color.
