I purchased this same item, it did come with the tangle free tool. But if by chance yours does not it’s still a fantastic deal. Dyson said they only sell them with the tool, so I think Newegg’s listing is in error. I paid 199.99 for mine and love it! If you have any issues with your vacuum there is a 6mo warranty and you can bring it to a local Dyson store. New condition is MSRP 599.99.
