I just bought this for my mom as a productivity/internet browsing computer. Its specs are reasonable for Windows 10 with the exception of a hdd instead of an sdd, it has a battery and can be moved around the house, and it can be used as a monitor for a laptop if you need dual screens.
I might buy one for my kitchen and use it as a giant tablet.
