First post so I hope I am doing this properly. I have monitored this for a while and it’s the first time I have seen the price drop down to $225 (+Tax for certain States) for a brand new 1TB capacity sold by FreeTail Tech.
Amazon is also selling this for $232.72 (+Tax for certain States). This is Amazon’s lowest price according to CCC.
I personally have enjoyed this brand and used this exact SSD to upgrade a laptop’s old 5900 RPM HDD to provide a little better speed. So far, it has lived up to those expectations.
Average benchmarks from userbenchmark website suggests averages of:
Read: 492 MB/s
Write: 403 MB/s
Mixed: 436 MB/s
4K Read: 20.6 MB/s
4K Write: 77.5 MB/s
4K Mixed: 23.5 MB/s
Deep Queue (DQ) Read: 146 MB/s
DQ Write: 208 MB/s
DQ Mixed: 46.4 MB/s
Hopefully someone else can help compare these numbers to other drives and explain them a little better.
