My posts aren’t pretty but hopefully this one is effective. I love all of my Lodge cast iron. Put it in the oven at 400 degrees for 30 minutes with a light coating of vegetable oil when it first arrives and it will remain nonstick as long as you rinse it with hot water and no soap.
