So i looked at the brickseek page for target in my stea after seeing the previous deal posted and there are some Targets that have these on sale for $44.70. Now these are for the ones that come in the brown cardboard box. They did have another Phantom 3 battery there that come in a white box and it was labeled for the $75ish.
